hmm i did not realise you were forced to log in, that might change things, i just had a quick look to confirm my suspicions and seeing 5 ped offered to be spammed for life by the casino industry, among others, put me off going further. If they do mean this applies to sometrics too then the people that gave bogus information when applying to be spammed might have a big surprise waiting for them when they next check their RL mailbox. And its a little less easy to have that mailbox enlarged than it is on the internet
You leave the impression for those who haven't looked that there's nothing there but casinos who will spam you to death. You leave me with the impression that you looked at one ad that was related to a casino and didn't bother looking around any further. You mention casinos in your posts far more times than I have seen casinos advertised in those offers. In fact, I haven't seen any casino offers at all so far.
1. I live in the USA so I probably see and am eligible for more of these offers than people from other countries.
2. I keep a junk mail box for things like this. Sometimes I find something genuinely interesting and then will give them the address I pay attention to after reviewing what they are about. Most of them allow you to edit contact information.
3. I have a laptop that is not my primary computer that I use for doing these things. If I run into malware or a virus, there's nothing on the laptop that would be a problem to wipe. Formatting and repartitioning the laptop is not a problem.
I spent about 2 hours looking at and filling out the offers two nights in a row. You won't make an hourly wage, but you can make more than sweating. I've gone through about half of the offers in the free section. I've read them carefully. NONE of them so far have required me to provide any credit card numbers or such to pay for anything. NONE of them have required a mobile phone number. I don't even have a mobile phone anyway. I already ignore the land line. Can't see having another bill for something else to ignore. lol NONE of them so far have left anything on the computer that is giving me a problem. Yes. Sometimes there can be malware in these kinds of things. Yes. Some of these kinds of offers can spam you to death. That's why no matter what sites such things come from, having the above setup is a good idea. You can also find things that you actually like and wind up using if you can approach it with an open mind.
The worst thing I've run into is the ones for other games to download. You have to look at them carefully. When the installation comes up, it will have check boxes on a lot of them that will offer newsletters or other programs to download with what you agreed to download. You can decline all the other offers and still get the download that pays you.
For my time, I have so far collected about 70 ped. I did these offers Tuesday and Wednesday. Not all of them came through. I had 41 ped collected as of Wednesday night. Then, while I was out hunting longu earlier today, I kept getting deposit messages as my ped card went up while I was hunting. It was actually about as much fun to watch as it is to see sales from the auction come through while engaged in other activities.
Not only have I received 70 ped with more offers still pending, I also won a total of $20.00USD from one of the sites so far. In all fairness, no I haven't received the payment yet. The site lists that it can take up to 15 days for the winnings to arrive in my paypal account. So that is still yet to be seen.
For those with some questions about the limits, I haven't filled out anything for 100 ped or more yet. I have completed offers for 16 ped and 20 ped and both came through in their entirety so I don't think the limits as they are written on the site are clear enough to understand. The 10 ped limit doesn't seem to apply the way I though it would, which is the way others seem to have thought.
I have not had any mail come from these offers to any email address other than the one I gave them, which is different than the one I gave EU. The closest they get to that are the deposit confirmation emails EU sends me for each and every completed offer.
For those who have issues with downloading or giving an email address, there are a few offers in the free section that you just have to watch a video for 20-45 seconds. There isn't many of them and they pay the least, usually just pec, but they are there.
Overall, I am enjoying the service, have found a few new sites or games that I like and appreciate the little extra ped that is over and beyond any of my deposits. I even shared the wealth with a new arrival at PA yesterday. I plan on going back in and at least finishing the free offers. Unfortunately I also already have netflix and have tried Hulu but didn't like that one.
Hugs,
Aliana
