You may want to reconsider the weapon you are using. Each weapon has a range of effectiveness. Using a weapon that is "maxed" will allow you to do more dmg for the same cost. I don't believe that a M2a at your skill level is even close to maxed, you may want to go with a M1a or even an amped...
