Yup i know that till some level player don't need to buy UL stuff, but it depends on how player see use of L, for me its always loose on MU. For example buying gun on 133% means that you buy 3 and 4th is just MU, here you buy UL use it and resell it, so pay only for decay. Also i understand that...
