Personally, I didn't vote at all. The logic is too iffy. Skam is the "only" reporter, therefore there is no "best", because there is no competition. I'd suspect that might be what the no votes are about.

You know, that's what I've been thinking as well...kinda reeks of kissup/fishing-for-rep. (I just didn't want to be the first one to say it) Not to take anything away from Skam though, she seems pretty nice and does a pretty good job.

I had this exact same thing happen to me when I first Dl'ed PE. It's a pain in the ass, but sometimes it seems the ftp servers have alot of strain on them. Also, note that the P.E. servers had some serious downtime the other day. When I ran into it, it was just after the CND news articles, so...
