I'd be happy to help with hosting needs and even some dev work to make things better. Would just need to know how powerful a server that is needed (ie, traffic levels, the efficiency of code, etc.) before I commit to anything. I'm a professional developer, so I have a bunch of different resource...

Good idea. Things to think about: How to keep the list active based on who is available to swunt at the current time. This would have to be done somewhat in real time to work. Perhaps a small application that can overlay ingame. You also need to get a good number of people from all time zones...

Lol and here is another post about a league idea that I wanted to start for races. It seems there are a lot of people that would like to have more of a league structure over just individual races. I really want to ask MA for a stadium of sorts with a circuit track, tarmac and all.

As for leagues I think if the league had a pretty decent entry fee per racer, you could have individual race prizes to say the top 3 and then a grand prize for the whole league. Racers could also be Race Teams instead where from race to race the driver could change to another designated driver...

Someone PMed me saying that someone else is already doing this, but wont tell me anything further. Would be awesome to get some announcers. Maybe get some radio coverage from one of the many radio stations dedicated to EU.
