SUGGESTION: Add a way to manually type in coordinates in to radar when creating waypoints instead of having to click on it and randomly hope it's close enough. Chat can add waypoints, I realize, but allowing it directly when looking at radar or map would be better.

best option is to use map and zig zag around the mob circles... They are fairly easy to move around....pull up map, look where you are, where your target is and create waypoint that is somewhere between the two outside of a mob circle.... then once you reach that waypoint erase it and do...
