so there's an update to this ongoing situation for this: my brother has logged in on MY PC with his account 10 times in a row and he doesn't get the same issue. so it seems that this issue is ACCOUNT related NOT game related or internet related. so WHY do some accounts get this !? since yesterday i've been having the same issue. when the game loads up i get an error saying "an internal error has stoped chat window to load. please restart the game" it took me 10 logins to get it to work. contacted MA support, they closed my support case without saying anything useful- aka_fr0st
