Kudo's for trying to help improve things but i don't think it's a very realistic idea. Asking to redo the modelling in a RCE would seem the same to me as walking into a bank and asking if you can repaint the walls near their vault ;) There is simply too much risk and overhead management...

I couldn't find one using Internet explorer either, when i switched to Firefox it did show up on the settings page, maybe that'll work for you too.
