The issue reappeared. Same as last time other applications and games/pc stresstesting do not cause the issue. For now I have put in my 9!!!!! years old 8800gts and surprisingly enough I can play on 24" on high to medium... Might just set up a cheap rig for the game with noting else on it.

memtest, burn in, prime and heaven benchmark run just fine. drivers and bios up to date. Not sure what else to test. Thanks for the pointers anyways :)

A little update in case anyone is interested. I have tried different psu's and different 270x cards. The issue really seems to be entropia specific as stress tests and other applictions do not cause this. I am hoping it will go away with some patch same way it appeared after one.

I also tried different psus. the smallest was 480w the biggest 630w. They work fine. I will take a look at the bios settings again. Thanks for the input :)

It had been running smoothly for over a year. I have been very happy with the card. Last Nvidia card i had was a 8800gts which i was also very happy with, the 512 mb memory were not enough anylonger at some point though. I am really hoping some driver update or entropia update will fix this
