There are some really good shop tutorials out on youTube that go through how to price an item and get your PEDs, etc. Too much detail to put here really.

Shopkeepers, signs, and items, no. Shelving, yes. I have lots more shelving I can throw in for free if needed.

Looking to sell my customized shop. Great location, consistent sales. The only reason I am selling - I do not have time to stock this shop like I should be doing. Looking for 50k but will entertain offers. Things that sell the best here: Calypso Guns, Viceroy Materials, Mind Chips, Calypso...

Thank you for the kind words. The Monria shop was sold. The only shop I plan to keep is my Twin Peaks Mall Calypso shop. If in time I won't be able to keep that stocked I will let that go as well.

I paid 17k for my TP Mall shop. Floor one, shop 2 right by front door. I like the location... but TP Mall is not what it used to be. I would stay out of the malls if I could - Calypso needs other shop options.

I was given my first set of clothes to replace the OJs. I still have them, and once in a while put them on. When I can't take any more (usually the next log in), I run and put my Lara Croft outfit on as soon as possible!
