The tt value of the combobulator BP has no effect on the mambo bp they give you.

No it doesnt. That is the minimum crafted amount on a success, and there is no way to decay it. There is no reason to repair them though either...it is just tying up your ped if you do. Just like pitbulls, it is way easier for people to afford them if you craft them on quantity.
