Hay guys, I have noticed from just standing in twins that a lot of people craft attachments or items and then just end up tt-ing them, either because the overwhelming amount with little to no market or they just want their peds back and are not willing to take th 3-7 days it would take to sell...

I sold 3 about a week ago. Depending on size, how close it is to the tp, and weather it has a balcony or not, what complex it is located in. They run from about 400 ( very good deal ) to about 650, with an average of a About 450~500. All just depends on the bells and whistles you want. :)
