Correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't part of the reason to introduce Efficiency to allow a greater variance in stats and weapon choices? There's low EFF & high DPP, high EFF & high DPP with varying DPS levels but I don't think we've seen high EFF low DPP yet? 100% EFF with 1.00 DPP @ 100 DPS...

There seems to be a bug that when you right click a claim for Devil's Tail and select Create Waypoint it will break System Chat. The waypoint is not added to the chat as it normally would be and any further System messages do not appear until you relog. I assume it has to do with the...
