0.9tier tt item making and selling service

I am in search of a person that buys tt items at tier 0.9 but looking for the best price like anyone would do at the moment i got a buyer that offers me tt+1 per item but looking for better
so if the price is right i become a supplier and can do like 10+ items everyday didnt make it all day cus the price is kinda low
so ill start it like its an auc to find a buyer
