It came to my attention when we were doing the rippersnapper wave event.

There were so many rippers around me that I did just 1 point of dmg to each of them.
This made me think, why is it always 1 point and not 0,7 for example, does this mean I can do more then the max dmg of the gun?

So I did a little test, I took a Vumpoor J 4 (30 max dmg) and ran into some merp. (got 47 of them biting me)
I shot 10 times and it was enough to figure it out. Here's the data:

It's not like it will be eco or something since you get a lot of hits, But if you're hunting punny's or something with a group of people it might pay off. Just thought you should know.

Cheers Sway.

hmm I thought there is a cap on how much creatures the launcher can hit? well obviously it's not there (anymore)?

maybe system count 0.7 but display it rounded at 1 ...
a bit like ped card...
we know that many things in game are rounded up for display facilities.

Nice find :)

now just subtract armor decay ;D

Don't think it will matter in anyway, eco wise, but still, nice to know.

Rounded down, not up. 999 bottles of sweat still count as 0 PEC and thus, if the same system apply, which I'm sure it don't, 1 dmg, might as well be 1.99 dmg, but not 0.99 dmg.

It's rounded to the nearest integer, like the currency convertor do.
