Had several conflicting issues. Deleted the entire thing and dl from scratch...works fine now.

Ive unistalled EU & got the same problems again...!?!?

1. uinstall EU
2. delete anything EU related on your computer (not screenshots)
3. Download CCleaner and run that. if you already have it go to step 4.
4. Run CCleaner.
5. reinstall EU, preferably in another directory than the one you used before.
6. enjoy the game

that process took me 1 hour 10 minutes with a download speed of 500kbits - 1.5 mbits

I'm such a hacker that I re-installed the game to make it work again.

Had to do it twice, tho. It seems to not fix it every time. So just try again.
