But why do you hide so much of the screen?
It's purely technical issue. Max resolution on my monitor is just a little bit below 1080p (1920×1080) so i have to use 720p standard (1280×720). Should u use a custom resolution then YouTube will resize it to next closest resolution they support and bye-bye goes your picture quality...

You should totally capture 720p in window mode.
