Hi all and good morning ,

Im waiting now since 2 days to get the activate link for my account....and no answer from Support..

Its this way to work at mindark normal ??


I explain : Real Name , Real Mail addy , Real adress , Real fon bla bla bla.....
Im owner my e_mail adddy / domain. In fact : NO FAKE !

im absolutely not happy about that way to do from mindark / EU.

If they dont want my money : PLS SAY IT !!!!!

Yes, this is normal for MA. And it gets worse once you are actually a paying customer :D

Support is dynamic...
 
Interesting...

I have a support case open and I got one fast (canned) response telling me that a support tech had pushed a button marked Option A and asking if that fixed my problem.

When it didn't, I haven't gotten any word at all... no further communication in 2 days. So you're telling me that this is normal and to be expected?
