install another game first. MA is not smart enough to make some proper installation. i installed steam first then entropia was able to play.

If you use MS security or any other security program you probably should add ClientLoader - EntropiaUpdater - Entropia EXE's to exceptions, so all three can communicate with MA servers.

common path for those are

C:\program filesX86\Entropia Universe -> bin32 and bin64 directories.

just tried to execute in admin mode, now it download other planets
