both are considered "small" when it comes to IP, and in my experience in apartment resale, FOMA goes for about 400p-500p for a small. The Caly apartment could net you 800p-1k depending on the market. these are rough estimates of what actually sells (bid tracking, via placing a single bid and looking at the result after the auction ends and my own auctions) and the rare good BO price. Hopefully this helps you offload your estate.

yep. above is about average for current day. It's a bit higher than it was a few years ago. Also, it's tricky since a lot of estates on auction don't get bids since they are a bit too high. I suspect apartment prices are getting ready to fall a bit as shopkeeper prices have gone up lately. supply/demand....
I'd suggest keeping at least one of them so you have some place to show off stuff and move stuff around when peds are low.
