I am not able to access the bank account. I can see de balance account but that's it. Any suggestions?

You mean the ped card ?

If so, open inventory, go to the first section where you will find the ped card icon.
Right clik on the icon, select Extract PED, then type in the amount to take out.

The ped withdrawn will appear as gold/silver coins in inventory.

Click the word "[Manage]" to the right of it to access the EFD bank account, and deposit/withdraw EFD. If you wish to purchase icons/etc, up at the top of the page is a link "EFD Store", between "Blogs" and "New Posts", and beneath "FAQ".
