Big Problem with PE!!! Can't create character

I don't know what to do. First I can't create my character because my game stop on the blue screen "Welcome to project entropia". I went to my friend and create my character but i have another problem. I can't play in the third person perspective and i can't see inventory and other options where i can see model of my character. Also when I see or Im near the other person my game stop. What is wrong?? I can't play when someone around or when i want to se my model Help me please. I must play it!!!! This game rulesss

yea what daredevil said. Also make sure you dont have any virus's and your video and sound drivers are up to date. Mabey try logging in with NO sound in the options and the graphics settings turned down a bit.

Most likely you dont have an NVidia video card.
