Would anyone have any opinions or comments on what this weapon might be worth these days, preferably low tier but any feedback would be great

That weapon is similar to other that range 1000 to 6000 ped
most probably the rarity due to TEN name in it shot the price up

i do not know the ML35 price tag (it is very similar as stats)

Sorry for not giving a price tag, i just shared my view
on how much it should be paid considering similar stuff

I owned on for nearly a year. With a Dante Amp you get close to 64% Efficiency. I sold it @T9.99 last September for 19k. Here we are 11 months later though. Anything goes.

I have a T9 that I got probably a year ago for around 19k. A T10 was listed for +21 or 22k within the last year, but most prices have gone up since then.

on how much it should be paid considering similar stuff

around 60dps there is also a lot of other options in that price range if you don't get caught up in the range. You can add ep-21, maddox, l2++ also all in the 3-4k range. I wouldn't even remotly consider a +20k gun just for having "TEN" in the name and a few meters extra range The ML-35 does have extra range to and comes in at 7-8k.

As a side note, if we look on Wiki the "special name items" .... TEN and SGA and CDF are really poor stats.
the "good" names item are FEN and MAYHEM ... and not all of the mayhem. the old ones are nothing special
and the 2.0 items are priced so high that they need 24 to 48 month intense use to become cheaper than a
2500 ped weapon
Consider also the "ARMatrix path" to skill up. maxed armatrix have a decay composition of 7.5% weapon, 92.5% ammo
so a 110% armatrix actually cost (0.075 *1.10 + 0.925) = 100.75% so the cost is less than 1%
having that 8 point armatix eff more makes you recoup 0.56% in efficiency so the real cost is 0.25%
(an extender reduce it to 0.2%

Depends on tier, from T0 to T10 range should be from 15k to 23k imho
