Question: Can I use an appartment as a common storage?

Withthis question I mean: can I define via the estate terminal who can interact with the items placed in the flat? (not on the balcony )

My mates and I would like to use an appartment as a common storage for items belonging to the society.

Could somebody share his/her knowledge on the subject, please?

Yepp, Droops is right. It would be nice, though, for a society to be able to have their own "headquarters", but then again, you would have to be able to trust all the others.
