Cant access Twin Peaks mall

I can not not reach Twin Peaks Mall. Every time i try it, monsters kill me. Also where could I get beauty salon equipment to start beauty training in order to change my own look?

Have you tried to use the Mall tp ? Could help when twin is overrun by mobs.
