Question: Can't connect?

Hi, i first posted in this thread, and somone recommended me to post my problem over here.
So,
i downloaded entropia with rapidshare because downloading with the client that i could download on the website was to slow..
so i made an account and installed the game.
yesterday i tried to login and i got this message

so i waited, and now i try to login again
and it's still there, is this because i do somthing wrong?
or is it realy online for updates?

these are my specs:
Operating System: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Motherboard: P5Q-PRO
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz (2 CPUs), ~3.8GHz
Memory: 4096MB RAM

Card name: ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series

had the same problem for two days or so..

turned out it was a FIREWALL from my anti-virus software that turned itself on when i patched it... check any 3rd party programs you use that might have a firewall.. could even be windows firewall..
