I've tried emailing support two times but both times I got this message:

Then I get this message:

Is there any other way to get in contact with support?
 
You log support tickets via the game website www.planetcalypso.com (make sure you get the URL right as you need to use you game log in on the site).

Log in (top right of website) with your normal game username and password

Then select Support-FAQ from Menu Bar

Click on Submit a Case

Enter the relevant details.
