Hiya all,

While asking MA to introduce "Chest hair", I wonder if you would like it.

Ok ok ok, I know an F ava with hairy chest will not look good :eek: but maeby you would like to see your M ava b/f with a nice chest ;)

So pls vote away all :D
 
(Please note that the theory below is only my personal theory and has no scientific evidence whatsoever, and I have never heard a scientist talk about this):

You know, ever since humans started using clothing, the amount of hair on their bodies have reduced (since they don't need it to keep warm).

Therefore, in the future (Entropia), we won't have any hair at all on our bodies (except for some parts down there that still needs extra heating maybe... :rolleyes:)



Other than that, why not? :D
Imagine how many people would look like argonauts if you were allowed to get body hair on your whole body :laugh:

yes always like some "ryijy" aka. chest hair, would be awesome to "Hasselhofize" ones ava...:D
 
I'am absolutely sure that, I don't like and never want to see chesthair on women!
A hairy male chest never turned me on either.

But since I tried to make my ava look 100% me RL ... and nature granted me the natural cold protection on the front cover ...
... I would like to have it ingame too.

Hmm ...before the 'fancy gfx -avatar remake' VU did not we used to have a skin that looked like almost hairy? :scratch2:

I want hair on the chests in the game, but I would still stick to only M avatars having them :laugh:
I mean it isn't equal atm. We don't have skirts nor dresses for M avatar (not even kilts!) and I cry all the time my M ava has no socks... I mean he must be getting cold and his feet must be in terrible condition when he is wearing those heavy boots without socks. I would not be that brave to try it irl :rolleyes:

I think that avatars are just too sweet... this barbie like looks are just bad. I would be very happy MA added possibility of having a scar, a tatoo and other marks on the body we could get at the beauty specialists.
I was watching my mate hutning ones, he has almost no hair on his head and was hunting atraxes in ghost. Hunter with the armor mask on should have some scares on head after all as atrax (or any other mob that has jaws high) would simply go for brain :laugh:

so YES!!!! Anything to make avatars look less sweet and more real like
 
Maybe then, going with the thread of scars and marks, hunting you would slowly get more "bashed around" and you have to go to a beautician/Plastic Surgeon to get those scars fixed :D

Im impartial about the chest hair implementation. But im all for diversity
 
As a Female in real life... I can tolerate a bit of chest hair... I expect there to be some....I do not care for the woolly mammoth look, or the chest/back hair sweater *shivers*

Then again, it's just pixels that we are talking about, so really I suppose anything goes.
 
I was thinking of something like that, but I think people would hate to have "face (L)" as part of their avatar.

I would say yes, if there was an option you could choose - leave avatar the way it is or leave all the marks from hits avatar takes. So that for exaple if someone has a nice avatar and had spend like 2 hours making it and later goes to surgeons to have it even more beautiful the avatar would not have marks. But if someone has avatar that is supposed to look like a warrior or veteran such marks would be in order. And so in Action Library you tick if you want them to show on your body or not.

Or, what seems more likely to happen if ever, leave it as extra beauty profession or crafting like make up. So if you wanna have them, you need to buy them.

Well, even though I do have it IRL, and I'm not very sure I'd want it IG... I'm all for it. Would surely add some realism to the current avatars (Same with the scar/mark thing, though that should be made optional). I do despise the current Barbie/Ken look, reminds me how human avatars look in some other Alternate Existence... and even there you had way more customization options. :mad:
 
hmmm..

I just want them to fix the CE2 and get it started before we even start thinking about stuff to do after that...

I'm sick of seeing a gigantic 3d tear in the middle of various avatar's faces due to the fact that the 3d meshes we have now suck and so do the maps on them. We don't need that big rip in our face down the middle of our noses and mouths.
 
oke :) I think I can live with some (M) Avas running arround with Chest Hair :silly2:

I also vote for Scottish Quilts (Skirts) for Male too !!!!!

Would be awesome !!! and weeeeeee MA pls bring us up the Tattoo`s :yay:
 
YES! We need big bushy chesthair! And i want a huge full beard, at least half a meter long to hide it!

I think there should be chest hair ingame :) would make avatars more 'real'. I would not want to see a woman with a hairy chest though.... :eek: bad thoughts....

I`ll stick with hair on my head and maybe a little facial hair. As far as I`m concerned chest hair and back hair for that matter can go the way of mouth breathing and stone tools.
