Maths is my weak topic but can someone point me to the maths underpinning cld values?

Thanks

cld price = what people are willing to pay. no 'tough math' about it

1. Decide what annual return % you want on your investment. ROI%
2. Make a prediction of the future average weekly pay-out from the CLDs xped

CLD Value = (X*52)/ROI%

Example:
If I want at least 15% in return each year and I think the weekly payout will be at 3.5 ped

Value = (3.5*52)/0.15 = 1213

But that don't take in the value of the right to claim land plots or "voting rights", so can also be worth something.

Just wait till more plots are released... I own 21 and am happy with whatever the market demands

So cld's are priced like guns - they are trading at a premium to true market value - how funny:yay:

Most ppl which payed recent 1800 for CLD didn't use any math at all. Typical psychological bubble driven by fear and greed. Greed is dominating atm.

Historicaly best price is not made along with historical highest volume of trades which shows this trend is not sound.
