CONFUSED ABOUT NeoPsion

I wish to use first Gen Electric Attack Chip V

and I am not sure which neopsion I need ?

If you're asking this question I would assume you are new to the game and just bought the chip because you saw that it did a lot of damage. You only can use the chip starting at level 6 and it maxes out at level 11. You would need the TT neopsion and the SKILLS in Electrokinesis in order to use it.

The level of the NeoPsion implant has to be at least that of the minimum req level of the chip you want to use. As has been said, the Electric Attack V has a prof req of 6, so the lvl 10 implant from the TT is enough.
