Crashing when i use the tp

I crash evertime i use a tp to go somewhere else

Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me ??

Not every time but yes. Happened to me twice tonight on NI.

Also if i crash when driving my car ends up mils away from me outa radar in teh direction i was runing
