Download error on installing new update

Hy all,
I'm trying to install the VU 8.12 on my pc and i get download error with the message "An error occurred when trying to download a file." and the reason "Passive FTP connection failed."
I'm using an mobile 3G connection to access the internet and all other downloads are working fine.
Can somebody help me with this problem?
