pay rate is completely business wise. those that were in it for the money.... quit rather fast..... thus the cut backs. the good side is that we are expanding rather fast.

Important: Punishments have been introduced, If you miss 10 days out of a month, you are fired.

Advertiser = 10 PEC per person

Game Master = 20-30%(usually 25%) of games profit per game

Asst. Game Master = 20-30%(usually 25%) of games profit per game - note that an assistant game master isnt really an assistant, its more of a partner.

Cafe Manager = 10 PEC per person that goes on break. 10 PEC per minute that staff member goes over his/her break time. if a person goes afk without paying, charge 20 PEC after 10 mins of being afk.(overtime charges also apply) if someone is just going to grab a drink, a snack, or just using the bathroom, give that staff member 5 free minutes. if the staff member is gone for 6 minutes or more, charge 10 PEC. (overtime charges also apply) each staff member gets 30 mins of break time. your guard gets 45 minutes of break time. you get 60 minutes of break time. neither your guard or yourself have to pay to actually go on break. if you go over your own break time, you owe your guard 10 PEC per minute, since your guard is timing you and vice versa.( very complex to explain, but after you get used to it, its a very nice posistion. ) when you aren't there, the cafe guard will fill in for you. unfortunately, when you are on break, your guard can't go on break, and vice versa.

Cafe Guard = 100% loot + cafe manager pay rate ( when filling in only ) OR 1 PED per day + 50% loot + cafe manager pay rate ( when filling in only ) your job is to make sure no mobs enter the cafe.

Alert System References:
Individual: 1

Small Group: 2+

Group: 5+

Large Group: 10+

Very Large Group: 20+

Hit and Run Pk'er: A Pk'er who comes neither to steal or kill everyone in sight, but just to kill people in a guerilla warfare fashion, usually repeated, so this will cause the security to go into High Alert.

Consistent Pk'er: A Pk'er who comes to kill and just kill, possibly steal a little too.

KoS: A former guest of the park that now, due to cooperation problems, Is now part of the Kill On Sight list.

Unarmed Thief: Brave or just stupid, These people come unarmed to see if they can get their hands on anything.

High Alert: an after affect of some alerts, This causes the security to be on a forced shift for a set amount of time, usually very brief. ( 30 mins ) maximum of 2 hours. ( 2 hours is only if we have to do a total reconstruction, when negotiations fail with the thieves, pk'ers, etc, also resulting in KoS'ing their entire society unless word is received from their society leader ( unless they are the society leader) that they have been removed from the society )

cK: Coat Killers - A very renowned PK'ing society.
