MA/EU are working on a resolution. I firmly believe they will solve this problem.

I just want to let everyone know that if you EVER see the message in the attached photo...you have a problem and you will need to do a support case ASAP. No other way around it. I cannot stress enough: DO NOT WAIT to submit a support case on this kind of error. If you wait too long MA may not be able to help you.

I've seen that before I had a word with the in game support people with a star over their head and they were able to fix it. Think they have the keys to restart something
