Entropia Tracker Stats?

I'd like to know how entropiatracker (listed bottom of EF page) comes up with its +/- statistics (ie. Hunting Loot: +12.56% - Mining Loot: -3.32% - Crafting Loot: +14.54%). In this example, hunting loot is +12% of what? Or mining, it's -3% of what?
What I would see is crafting is doing better than hunting, that's doing better than mining, no?
Sorry if there's a thread on this already...just want to clarify the stats I'm looking at.

Does "anyone" know how this number is tracked/computed?

There have been some views, but no comments...I guess it's soemthing that doesn't interest anyone .

Leads to a follow up question. Does anyone rely on entropiatracker stats to determine their gaming habits? "Do I hunt/mine/craft?" based on the stats?
