Less than 100 MB for me again, including:

• patch for the executable – didn't notice but typically it's around 30 MB,
• 12.40 MB of 'required planet data'.

Other than that, no download for Caly, RT or Toulan.
You might want to check Cyrene/Ark/NI for release notes though.
