Floor two, Shop 4 in Medusa Bazaar is a known pet shop, im pretty sure they only have a lvl 1, although they are on the pricey side. Maybe you can use that as a price guide??

lvl1 Eudora is between 200-300 i believe....so a lvl 8 maybe then 400/450 ? something around that
