Attention Entropians..
I had this mega bug where all my profession used in direct interaction with the environement were set to 0 on log in right after a weird crash.. and i never crashed untill recently using a brand new computer (1 month old).
I always have the Progress Tab open but i only realised it after a while hunting with bad result and what did seem to be an increased hit rate from the mob i was hunting.
I completed a codex and took the skill Analysis that helps the looter profession.
I noticed that the white bar on the profession progress was gone which usually mean you have increased a level, so i checked it out and it appeared that my current level had increased a little with no reason for the white threshold to be gone but more importantly it said that my level on login was 0.00.
The list of the affected profession was:
Evader
Dodger
Jammer
Captain
Animal Looter
Mutant Looter
Robot Looter
Gardener
Ressources Gatherer
NOTE: none of the profession used in handling items were affected.
As mentioned above, each these professions have a direct impact on the calculation and the result of what you do ingame.
This situation put me where as if i had chipped out my skills which i havent of course as it said 0.00 on login.
So the question that arise, Was i being ripped off hunting, how did that situation affected my experience on the field aswell as has it affected my avatar at all for future hunts or potentially raising for a big multiplier or loot content reseted.
I strongly advise anyone to double check and monitor the professions mentionned above if you happen to crash.
PS: i clicked the screenshot button ingame for each of the affected professions but this button doesnt work when hovering the progress tab and doesnt work also when checking the result tab in crafting. I figured this out when wanting to share with some friends what happend..
