Questions.... (not really knowledgable on events)

Question 1
Can anyone start an event or just land owners?

Question 2
I remember seeing an event organiser at Zychion ...are there more and what are the locations?

Question 3
What would a good location for an event that all or nearly all noobs can get to to regsiter (with very few tps found)?

What are the parameters that can be set for events?

There aren't any. Swamp Camp is the best place to have an event for noobs imo, but to create an event it usually costs money and participants must pay to join as well. Best way is to post in Event section and ask them to register there.

What are the parameters that can be set for events?
