Hi all...
RL business ventures are keeping me from managin my shop as i should.
Therefore I am giving it away to a lucky auction winner.
Shop is put in auction with a 1 PED start price.
Since I have seen those new going for 4k each (Genesistower booths - 1 min run from TP) I expect a price of around 4k - it is only a 15 sec run from a TP therefore at least as good as MAs booths.
However, if someone buys it for less
is a lucky man... im not interested in reselling this shop (1PED start prooves that). I hope the new owner wont be a reseller
All shops in proximity are sold and working so there is good sale potential. It is suitable for high end gear since high lev avatars populate that area in great numbers.
