Full ingame name field added to profile.

I have added another field in UserCP under "Edit profile" where you can type your full ingame name, it will be appear when other members view your profile.

It will not show up in posts, no reason for that, and while we're at it, i will most likely remove the "Location" so it doesnt appear in posts, but it will still be viewable in profile ofcourse.

At the same time i have added some instructions for when people register here, to only use their ingame nick as username, not full name and no soc tags, this ofcourse only applies to coming members.

I'd suggest leaving the location showing in the post's view if possible. Sometmes when reading a post there may be something that dont always translate well, so a glance at the location field can help. If that makes sense.
