3h gone after support sent, anyone had same issue? Weeks to sinc card again?

Have you tried this? (from FAQ):
Due to security reasons, you only have three attempts before your Gold Card becomes unsynchronized with the verification system. You will then be asked to resynchronize the Card. By following the normal login process, a new window will appear that requests you to enter two consecutive Security Codes in order to resynchronize with the verification system.

If you fail to synchronize your Gold Card, please generate two consecutive Security Codes with your Gold Card and add these in a Support Case sent to the Entropia Support. Please do NOT generate any further codes until the support staff has confirmed that your Gold Card is synchronized.

i did this once as well... took me 1 day to log back in. support sent me some numbers and i inputed them again.

yeah, had it too once, but got sorted rather quickly.

Support really need to change...

Worst costumer service i see in my life... 17h gone since i contacted them...

So many bugs and such a poor costumer service is really annoying me, now i see why so many gave up..
 
I was round a friends house once playing entropia.

I wasnt paying attention to him.... and all of a sudden he says...

"Oooooh it displays a different number everytime"
my reply
"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!" hurtling myself at him

Luckily got him just in time before the lock

Watch out, cause it takes 24h to fix...
 
curious does out of ingame support still work? i have sent multiple supports in past before i noticed ingame was up and running. now i need to reorder GC and reader, says to contact support to do so.

How, if the support doesnt work outside of game?

that link sends an email back stating i have an acct to contact support via support.
