Good Tp chip

Anyone know at what level Teleporter does the Good tp chip max out, i.e shows excellent result and max uses?

Mine shows excellent with max uses, but the weird thing is, it's still NOT 100% accurate.

Wassup with THAT? Lessor, minor, medium I'm spot on.
Good, I still fall short.

Not sure where or when it became maxed but mine is at lvl 26 teleporter. Works like a charm everytime.
