How do I recover my account?

Hey Kim & anyother officials, my genuine concerns have been met with derision so far.

Anyways, When I log into my username and password on the CL, the answer is a resounding 'WE DON'T know you' as previous'y stated. Ive made a support case but my goldcard sems equally dead . ANy ideas?

I am serious though, this happened midgame.

Any help or heads up would go down a treat.
