How long does it take MA to reply to a support case?

Hello peeps.
i have been on a break from entropia universe for about 2 years, i decided to come back about a month ago but i could not find my gold card and reader. i sent in a support case abot 3 weeks ago to have the gold card security removed but i havent got a reply yet.
is this normal to wait this long for any help?

Try a different case. I'm sure that all the support cases filed on event mechanics and trivial chosen-esque bullshit is bogging down an already creeping process.

Ive sent several different cases already, all without reply. my head is wrecked waiting lol.
Just want to get in there and hunt, serious swirlie withdrawals here lol

It depends quite a lot on what its about.

Bug report? usually long reply time, and chances they fix it is doubtsome.

Support about log in problems or deposit / withdraw problems are fairly quickly handled

If you need their help with due to being stuck or lost items, i find that they reply within days.

I find it strange you had no reply.

I have a pending ticket that is about to get 2 years old.

I have had responses within minutes to at least 1 ticket still unanswered after months .... lol

It all depends on the voodoo you do when you submit tickets, I guess.
