I think there's only 2 ingame.
- The first one was looted by Bilbo in a Shared Loot event.
- The second one was a prize from Gold Rush 2014 won by Tryx.
Price? Whatever the owner wants and someone is willing to pay, but I doubt they are for sale. I think Buzz owns one.
