How to Mine

I have been hunting since almost day 1 of playing PE and i have had a little sucess but i have yet to hof or even global s so i feel it's time to start mining not because of this but because i just want to experience eveything in PE so i can choose what i wanna focus on for a change can anyone tell me what i need to start mining and how mining works ie: what do you actually do just drop the bombs/probes etc etc

There are 2 types of mining:

Enmatter: needed equipment- 1 matterfinder, 1 matterextractor, and probes.

Ore: needed equipment- 1 orefinder, 1 oreextractor, and bombs.

equip matter/ore finder, click to drop probe/bomb, wait for explosion, if you found something follow the arrow until a deed pops into window. equip matter/ore extractor, point extractor at floating claim post. click to start extracting. when all is extracted...claim post will dissappear with like message in chat.
