HP and regeneration

Can anyone please remind me quickly - what were the latest tests showing: the loot depends on a mob's HP with or without the regenerated part (that you have to take down as well on high regen mobs)?

If you mean that does hp regeneration give you bigger loot, yes. But it is unknown (at least for me) if you get compensated for the whole regeneration or only part of it.
