I need help getting Entropia Tracker to run

I have the program installed but the Program status is constantly 'Stopped' and the Start logging button is greyed out.

I have reinstalled .NET framework 4 and it didn't help. How do I get this thing to start logging? I have tried resetting the API key and that didn't work. Does anyone have any troubleshooting steps I can try?

Never mind. I didn't have the chat log under Setup/Entropia Universe set correctly. I am all sorted now.
