I tried messaging 711 - how do I purchase advertising, as well as contact someone about getting approval for my service on this forum?

Arn't you that website that is not allowed ...
 
The rule is a blank rule that affects all websites like mine, I believe my website will be approved if I can talk to 711 about it like I did with David from Arkadia Forum and Neverdie from Rocktropia Forum, as my site is approved to have a thread on both of their forums.
